San Antonio Parks Foundation

It’s no fun turning 40 and no one really knows who you are. That was the challenge of the San Antonio Parks Foundation, an organization that has spent decades making the city’s parks bigger and better for everyone—and too often being confused with the municipal San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department. Parallel worked with the non-profit Foundation from the ground up, literally. We got our boots on the ground to get to know their great work first hand and build a fresh approach to their branding. We created a new logo, positioning language, website, and related collateral that celebrate the spirit of the organization, unify its wide-ranging events, programs and conservation efforts, and ensure that their great behind the scenes work can get the recognition -and financial support- it deserves.
