Texas Department of Agriculture

Texas is big. Just how big means a world of difference to farmers and ranchers. The Texas Department of Agriculture wanted to demonstrate to potential clients from around the globe (many of whom live in countries a fraction of the size of Texas) what big means for agriculture. Something is in season every day of the year in Texas, meaning the state can easily fill in the seasonal gaps other countries have. We created original illustrations that highlight the unique heritage of Texas farmers and ranchers, underscore the sustainable ways the state’s high-quality agricultural crops are grown, and emphasize its variety and accessibility.
